Since it will be asked/come up. No these are NOT health bars. They are high in sugar and carbs.

Taste good, but not a healthy/keto/etc/... type thing.

If you find that you're gassy or randomly ripping farts after eating these, it's the chickory root fiber.

Took me about 12 days to figure out the reason for me farting and crop dusting the fam morning and night. I no longer bother with any of these health bars.

If you see one of these mannitol, sorbitol, xylitol, lactitol, isomalt in the ingredients list, these are sugar alcohols. Another guilty one for a gassy belly.

To hell with all those bars.
