It obviously always depends on your own personal perspective, but Spider-man: Remastered is a MUCH "longer" game (total hours of gameplay) over Miles Morales (more than twice as long according to howlongtobeat):

Spider-man: Remastered
https://howlongtobeat.com/game/70093

Miles Morales:
https://howlongtobeat.com/game/79859

That being said, I played both games and (story wise) I preferred Miles Morales. Both stories were GREAT, but I preferred the experience and narrative behind Miles Morales more.

I also played both on PS5, and the graphics on Miles Morales were a bit better on that one, but not like night and day or anything. Not sure how much that changes on PC where you have more control (and different hardware depending on your setup may could potentially narrow that gap).

Ultimately, I think if you have long term plans to play both eventually, then there is a continuous narrative between both games (though not 100% dependent upon each other) and might not be a bad bet to start at the "beginning" with Spider-man: Remastered.

Hope that helps.

Spider-Man Remastered is really fun. I've almost completed it and all DLC. It gets repetitive and there are some bad story lines (Screwball) but overall it's one of the more enjoyable games I've played recently.

Are there any DLCs for these? Maybe wait for a deluxe/GoTY version?

Don't think that's the case. God of War was under $25 in 11 months.

This game is at half that time.

I think Remastered includes all of the DLC from the original (iirc). I'm pretty certain the Black Cat storyline was originally a DLC, and it's included in the Remastered.

I don't recall if there was any DLC released for Miles. Maybe someone else here can confirm and respond.

All DLC is included in Remastered.

Miles Morales doesn't have DLC.

Spider-Man Remastered. It has a significantly longer story and a lot more content (as already pointed out elsewhere). There were three DLC for Spider-Man which are all included in this Remastered version. I also think it's also better to start with the first entry and if you like it, you can pickup Miles Morales for more Spider-Man later.

Miles Morales has a little different combat experience and felt a lot more OP to me, which is fun in its own way. I got the Platinum trophy for both games.
