That being said, I played both games and (story wise) I preferred Miles Morales. Both stories were GREAT, but I preferred the experience and narrative behind Miles Morales more.
I also played both on PS5, and the graphics on Miles Morales were a bit better on that one, but not like night and day or anything. Not sure how much that changes on PC where you have more control (and different hardware depending on your setup may could potentially narrow that gap).
Ultimately, I think if you have long term plans to play both eventually, then there is a continuous narrative between both games (though not 100% dependent upon each other) and might not be a bad bet to start at the "beginning" with Spider-man: Remastered.

This game is at half that time.
I don't recall if there was any DLC released for Miles. Maybe someone else here can confirm and respond.

Miles Morales doesn't have DLC.
Miles Morales has a little different combat experience and felt a lot more OP to me, which is fun in its own way. I got the Platinum trophy for both games.
