If this is the same model I used to get from Menard's, the casters on this thing are pretty low quality. The frame ends up bending and it becomes useless. I went through two of these before I switched over to the Daytona one from Harbor Freight. It's much better quality and actually usable on concrete surfaces.
20 years ago they made things differently...my Craftsman jack that's made by Torin is a POS. When it failed because the metal they used is too soft for the application, they said they'd replace the parts that broke...One arrived - it was the wrong part. The other, they said it'd be at least 2 months to who knows when since it would have to ship from China and they couldn't tell me if it was even in stock. I'm not holding my breath.

I've had the model that turns into a stool for 20 years and it still works great.

The Daytona one is on sale right now for $60 if one is a HF member.
I want to pull the trigger but I only get under the car every once every 5-6 months.

I should actually clarify the one I have is the non-Daytona plastic one from harbor freight and it's been good the few times I've used it, when I've used one of the type in this thread I reminder it being kinda difficult to move around due to the casters. I don't have experience with the Daytona, I just wrongfully assumed that's what I had.

I just looked at the pictures and I'd definitely say using the word caster in their advertising is an understatement. It looks like a rod with too rivets on either side of the plastic wheel! Thanks for the heads-up!
