I was able to after calling and waiting an hour on hold to talk to a service rep. I placed an order on Friday and told them I wanted to cancel my order. The rep said the order is already tracking and she asked why I wanted to cancel it. I told her it's currently listed $200 cheaper. She said I'm glad you told me, I can refund you $200 and once it's been fully billed (I'm guessing that means delivered to my home), the $200 difference will be refunded back to my original payment method.

I very much dislike the fancy screen on my Nordic-track. It is unusable if you don't pay for the service.

If I could go back and do it again I would buy this one.

its the exact reason bought this. Fancy screens and technology will get outdated and cause more issues as they push firmware on wifi. this one is old tech , they cannot do planned obsolescence.

Like many others, I purchased one of these at the price of $899 and we actually just received it on Friday. It is VERY HEAVY, so make sure you have help getting it into the house and unboxing. It took about 90 minutes to assemble and be ready to use. I do notice a little "thumping" noise as the belt is moving. It doesn't seem to matter if someone is on it or not. Not sure if this is reason for concern just yet, but if it persists I will call the factory.

I called this morning for a price adjustment and after holding for 10 minutes or so, the rep processed a credit for $200 + tax with no hassle at all. Very friendly and easy to work with.

They claim they'll refund $200 to my credit card when the payment posts (it hasn't yet). Rep was very friendly and helpful. Really hoping this happens, but until I see the $200 refunded, it's not a done deal.

They will with no problems at all. Just call. Be prepared to be on hold for 10-15 minutes though.

Get email confirming this. Had issues in past where they say this, generic companies and then call back and say, what are you talking about.

Almost bit on this deal last time at $899. Its funny because last time I added it to my cart but didnt purchase so they emailed me to follow up. I asked if there were any further offers I wasnt aware of and the lady got snippy back saying $600 is the most they would take off like I was ungrateful or something. Didn't buy it. Now its $800 off.

no worries. I bought it 2 weeks back and got the difference refunded by customer service
