I was able to after calling and waiting an hour on hold to talk to a service rep. I placed an order on Friday and told them I wanted to cancel my order. The rep said the order is already tracking and she asked why I wanted to cancel it. I told her it's currently listed $200 cheaper. She said I'm glad you told me, I can refund you $200 and once it's been fully billed (I'm guessing that means delivered to my home), the $200 difference will be refunded back to my original payment method.

I very much dislike the fancy screen on my Nordic-track. It is unusable if you don't pay for the service.

If I could go back and do it again I would buy this one.

its the exact reason bought this. Fancy screens and technology will get outdated and cause more issues as they push firmware on wifi. this one is old tech , they cannot do planned obsolescence.

They claim they'll refund $200 to my credit card when the payment posts (it hasn't yet). Rep was very friendly and helpful. Really hoping this happens, but until I see the $200 refunded, it's not a done deal.
i got a email confirmation with a statement from them about refund. so nothing iffy about it. customer service has been great so far

In another thread, someone opened up the panel to see the motor showed 3HP

There's a recent settled class action regarding misleading advertising of 3.5HP
What the class action referenced is that in order to even utilize 3hp the motor would need 2-3x the power that a residential outlet can provide. Pretty crazy.

This is very tempting for my first treadmill. Concerned about some of the discrepancies of the motor and hp. I'm about 195 lbs and would do some waking but also running and potentially interval sprints.

For those that have used it this way does the motor appear to struggle at higher speeds?

I am 185 and have had no issues running at higher speeds. No signs or sounds of the motor struggling. This thing is built like a tank.

Anyone have issues with their treadmill tripping the circuit breaker? Usually happens to home that are built around 2009 and newer with AFCI breaker.
I had to use a Tripp Lite ISOBAR4ULTRA Isobar 4 Outlet Surge Protector Power Strip, took care of the trippy problem.

Usually the ones that do will show it folded in the product photos, and will list the folded dimensions under the specs. Safe to say this one does not. It's a really beefy deck.

yes, it has a hydraulic fold up assist which is activated by pressing a blue button next to rear foot of the deck. still need to lift the deck up manually about 20 degrees and then the hydraulic assist will kick in. while unfolding it it has this cool slow drop like some soft drop toilet seats.
