I was able to after calling and waiting an hour on hold to talk to a service rep. I placed an order on Friday and told them I wanted to cancel my order. The rep said the order is already tracking and she asked why I wanted to cancel it. I told her it's currently listed $200 cheaper. She said I'm glad you told me, I can refund you $200 and once it's been fully billed (I'm guessing that means delivered to my home), the $200 difference will be refunded back to my original payment method.

I very much dislike the fancy screen on my Nordic-track. It is unusable if you don't pay for the service.

If I could go back and do it again I would buy this one.

its the exact reason bought this. Fancy screens and technology will get outdated and cause more issues as they push firmware on wifi. this one is old tech , they cannot do planned obsolescence.

I'm guessing their attorneys suggested it based on their recent horse power advertising lawsuit.
I don't think it's anything to be worried about. The warranty still stands and they are the same company as Bowflex and Schwinn.

Is the cracker base covered under warranty?
Can we still sue them after for false advertising? Lol

Bought with my citi Costco. Is the 2 yr extended warranty benefit ended now ? I don't think they mailed anything saying this benefit was ending. Wouldn't they need to ?

Mine actually was delivered today. Havent had the chance to unbox yet. But I did get a price match . They also sent a confirmation email. It was about a 45 min hold but well worth. Thanks OP

most are setting up themselves right? paying $350 for setup seems to negate the deal Smilie....any tricks/tips for setup? also, link to inexpensive mat ? putting mine on carpet

Also in for the price match, spend 60 minutes waiting but once I got someone on the line it was done within minutes with a confirmation email. I have the treadmill for a little over a week now and it is a steal for 699. .

You can have a moving and assembly done for $249. The $350 is a white glove service where the installer will pickup the treadmill from the courier versus the $249 service of having the courier deliver it and having the moving and assembly done on a separate day. The $249 service can only be added via phone call with customer service after you place an order with the free shipping service.

I would have opted to assemble it myself but I need the treadmill moved up a flight of stairs.

Service is done by goconfigure.com but ordered through Nautilus via phone.

Did anyone get any confirmation email after going through the price match over the phone? I called as soon as they opened today but still haven't seen the credit show up or any email confirming the partial refund for price match.
