I was able to after calling and waiting an hour on hold to talk to a service rep. I placed an order on Friday and told them I wanted to cancel my order. The rep said the order is already tracking and she asked why I wanted to cancel it. I told her it's currently listed $200 cheaper. She said I'm glad you told me, I can refund you $200 and once it's been fully billed (I'm guessing that means delivered to my home), the $200 difference will be refunded back to my original payment method.

I very much dislike the fancy screen on my Nordic-track. It is unusable if you don't pay for the service.

If I could go back and do it again I would buy this one.

its the exact reason bought this. Fancy screens and technology will get outdated and cause more issues as they push firmware on wifi. this one is old tech , they cannot do planned obsolescence.

How long does it take to receive home, once you place the order? I am trying to plan my availability.
I ordered last Wednesday and just delivered today by ABF. ABF called Friday to schedule delivery window and confirmed it would be delivered inside garage. Was on a pallet on the delivery truck but tipped the guy and he took it off the pallet and brought around the side of the house on a handtruck to my basement door.

This is great to know, I have been having this issue since we moved to our new home last year.

Glad you found it useful. The manufacture was of no use and it took me awhile to google the hell out of this issue. What a PITA to ship the treadmill back after unboxing it.

How easy is it to put the treadmill mat under it after assembly done? Or should I wait until I receive the treadmill mat then schedule the assembly? First time to own a treadmill so thanks a lot!

Scheduled delivery tomorrow. Thought I'd be able to pick a time slot but it sounds like it can be anywhere from like 8am to 5pm. The driver will just text me when he can come. I wish I could've picked a time but whatever I guess.

Tredmill was delivered today. Got an automated call 1 hr prior to drop off.

Note the two guys did bring it in the front door so that was a blessing!

Now that we've purchased this treadmill, what mat are you putting under it to protect the floor. Specifically Berber carpet.

I'm unable to really gauge what the 200lb deck is like. Can 2 men move it from the first floor to 2nd floor easily? I'm a bit of a weakling so I'm not sure.

Like I plan to ask the delivery person if maybe they could do it with me for a tip but I don't want to end up not even being able to handle my side. I haven't done much weightlifting in a while. I used to be able to max bench like 185 but I can't even remember what 200lbs would be like when moving something with another person.

Stronger person on the bottom lifting the heavier portion of the treadmill deck if going up stairs.

So how was it getting from the front door to its final location in your home? did u have to take it apart, slide it or carry it?

Ours was also delivered yesterday. The delivery guy took it off the pallet and put it on his hand truck to bring it around our house to our basement entrance. I could barely push the box 5 feet away. Once you open the box and get the misc. pieces out, it sheds some weight. We ended up putting the heavy deck side on a rolling dolly to slide it in place. It's pretty freaking heavy! My wife and I got it assembled in about 1 hour, the electric drill and ratchet wrench were super helpful!

Good luck

I feel like I might've made a great mistake.

Treadmill delivered today into my 1st floor hallway. I need to get it to the 2nd floor but its just me. There's a lot of foot traffic on my street and I figured I could find someone passing by who could help me carry it up real quick. Only problem is I think the deck is really heavy on the one side. I'm not sure if I'd be able to handle that side myself. The lighter side is no problem. But its hard to gauge it with the way it is right now. Especially carrying it up a narrow staircase and around corners.

It would be fine if I knew someone and we could feel it out together but if I'm bringing in a stranger I don't want to have to "feel it out" to see how doable it is.

The two guys delivering the 350lb box busted their asses bringing it in and I didn't want to ask them if we could take the deck out and bring it up. I wanted to see it first and didn't feel it was right to even ask them for that. Already felt bad for not tipping them just doing the delivery because they really busted their ass.

So now I'm just stuck with the treadmill deck on my first floor and not really sure what to do.

Post a seeking help on Craigslist or a local FB group. I'm sure that someone will do it for $50.

Thanks. Some people told me to try task rabbit too but never heard of it. I'll check all of those things. If I'm paying $50 they'll have to take the heavy side.
