I was able to after calling and waiting an hour on hold to talk to a service rep. I placed an order on Friday and told them I wanted to cancel my order. The rep said the order is already tracking and she asked why I wanted to cancel it. I told her it's currently listed $200 cheaper. She said I'm glad you told me, I can refund you $200 and once it's been fully billed (I'm guessing that means delivered to my home), the $200 difference will be refunded back to my original payment method.

I very much dislike the fancy screen on my Nordic-track. It is unusable if you don't pay for the service.

If I could go back and do it again I would buy this one.

its the exact reason bought this. Fancy screens and technology will get outdated and cause more issues as they push firmware on wifi. this one is old tech , they cannot do planned obsolescence.

So how was it getting from the front door to its final location in your home? did u have to take it apart, slide it or carry it?
We installed it in my entrance room so it wasn't too bad. The platform part is very heavy. But the rear does have wheels.

This is a too heavy !!, doesn't move at all.

Did anyone know how to moves this assembled unit?

TIA.
If you need it on a floor higher than where it was dropped off, hire some moving guys or other muscle. It's not worth breaking your back and/or a family/friend's back to save a few bucks.

In my case, the delivery man helped me carry it through my bulkhead door to the basement. We were both gassed by the time we got it down so I told him I'd figure out how to move it the final 15 ft on my own.

Two days later, I got my dolly (in flat mode) and basically deadlifted one side of the treadmill onto it – just enough so it would stay propped up. Then I went to the other side and lifted that and pushed – just enough so it would balance. Then I basically scooted the dolly over to the desired position and took it off in a similar way to how I put it on (reverse order).

Once it was close enough to the desired position, I removed everything but the deck and pivoted it in position. I'm not a particularly strong person but not weak. Also turns out that I had covid the day I moved it from the dolly to its final position.

It took about a week and a half for my reimbursement.

So delivery person came today and it was a middle age woman no more than 130lbs. Smh. I had to help her haul it up the driveway and push it into the sun room. i did most of the lifting. Lol. Sucker was heavy and I still have to find a way to get it into my basement later.

Got it yesterday and the bottom half was damn heavy. Tried to get it atleadr from garage to room..It was too heavy for us so called the support and asked if they can give me some discount.they gave me discount and agreed for 187+tax coming to 197. Local assembly cost me 130-150.better to go with them directly for some extra bucks. They will move to any place and assemble it.

I want to get a treadmill, but hate how much room these require. Don't know if I would want to keep it in the living room, computer room, or bedroom. And then how not to have it stand out in the middle of the room. Where are you guys putting this?

Received it yesterday. It arrived on a long wooden pallet. I hired two guys with appliance-moving harnesses to move it from the garage to the basement -- that seemed to work well. It's wayyyyy too heavy and clumsy for two people to simply lift and move. I can't imagine trying to use a dolly. And given the nature of it, you really don't want to bang it around or risk dropping it.

The assembly isn't too bad and pretty intuitive, but the manual is difficult to interpret sometimes. (There's a case where you have to REMOVE four screws from the back of the main console and take it apart first, but the diagram makes it look like you should be screwing it together. I was like, "It already IS screwed together.") Assembly is much easier with two people, although one strong person with good skills could do it.

Still haven't seen the price match refund.

Confirmed. I think the ancient Egyptians had some method for something like this, but I don't know what it is.

I just bought a used $200 Pro-form circa 2010 with similar specs. It has an Android 2.2 tablet as the main interface. As I imagined, non of the advanced online features work. Even the browser is not supported. Full of bugs. The display, like on a phone, times out eventually, and the treadmill just stops. Almost bit the deck when that happened. Developer options took care of that.

How is the Cushioning on the tracks? Any personal feedback on that aspect. To me thats the make or break for a good treadmill.

I find it excellent cushioning. Track is nice and bouncy, easy on my joints
