I tried to move our older NordicTrack treadmill last year (it's also about 325 lbs), about 30 feet from a utility room to a family room in the basement...and it was the hardest lift I've ever attempted in terms of appliances or furniture. I'm 57 and no spring chicken anymore, but regularly worked out in younger days and could haul like a horse....but moving that treadmill did me in. I finally had to disassemble it into two pieces (the deck and the pillar-supported console) and then move those pieces separately to the new location. The motorized decks are typically the heaviest in these treadmills and it's nothing to fool around with solo -- you MUST have at least two people to move it safely, and ideally, three.
I know this is background not pertaining to this particular SD, however, I'm seeing a lot of folks here asking about how heavy this is, should they tip extra to have delivered to a desired room/floor of their house, etc. If you don't have much or any help available and want to purchase this, consider the extra "white glove" delivery service....or be prepared to tip your delivery person(s) a couple extra $20 bills.

The assembly isn't too bad and pretty intuitive, but the manual is difficult to interpret sometimes. (There's a case where you have to REMOVE four screws from the back of the main console and take it apart first, but the diagram makes it look like you should be screwing it together. I was like, "It already IS screwed together.") Assembly is much easier with two people, although one strong person with good skills could do it.
Still haven't seen the price match refund.
Anyone can confirm if the credit go back to original payment or credit for their website?
