I was able to after calling and waiting an hour on hold to talk to a service rep. I placed an order on Friday and told them I wanted to cancel my order. The rep said the order is already tracking and she asked why I wanted to cancel it. I told her it's currently listed $200 cheaper. She said I'm glad you told me, I can refund you $200 and once it's been fully billed (I'm guessing that means delivered to my home), the $200 difference will be refunded back to my original payment method.

I very much dislike the fancy screen on my Nordic-track. It is unusable if you don't pay for the service.

If I could go back and do it again I would buy this one.

its the exact reason bought this. Fancy screens and technology will get outdated and cause more issues as they push firmware on wifi. this one is old tech , they cannot do planned obsolescence.

I noticed a square that was cut into the outside of the box and wondered why.. what they did was remove the screen assembly - uploaded update and put back into the box and taped it up. The bubble wrap on screen assembly also stated "updated firmware" on a white sticker.

This sounds like a great deal on a solid treadmill with a decent set of features. I am seriously considering it -- we have a nearly 10-year old NordicTrack C600 treadmill that's nearly identical in terms of power / incline / size -- but the size/weight of this Nautilus treadmill gives me pause.

I tried to move our older NordicTrack treadmill last year (it's also about 325 lbs), about 30 feet from a utility room to a family room in the basement...and it was the hardest lift I've ever attempted in terms of appliances or furniture. I'm 57 and no spring chicken anymore, but regularly worked out in younger days and could haul like a horse....but moving that treadmill did me in. I finally had to disassemble it into two pieces (the deck and the pillar-supported console) and then move those pieces separately to the new location. The motorized decks are typically the heaviest in these treadmills and it's nothing to fool around with solo -- you MUST have at least two people to move it safely, and ideally, three.

I know this is background not pertaining to this particular SD, however, I'm seeing a lot of folks here asking about how heavy this is, should they tip extra to have delivered to a desired room/floor of their house, etc. If you don't have much or any help available and want to purchase this, consider the extra "white glove" delivery service....or be prepared to tip your delivery person(s) a couple extra $20 bills.

Mine showed up with some cosmetic damage on the side and a broken cup holder. Is the customer support a pain to deal with?

The treadmill I received had a serial number that was well out of the range of affected units. Mine says it was manufactured in July 2021, so it definitely seems like it was a pandemic overstock.

What is your point of sharing a competitor's price that's $400 more expensive (with shipping)?

Received it yesterday. It arrived on a long wooden pallet. I hired two guys with appliance-moving harnesses to move it from the garage to the basement -- that seemed to work well. It's wayyyyy too heavy and clumsy for two people to simply lift and move. I can't imagine trying to use a dolly. And given the nature of it, you really don't want to bang it around or risk dropping it.

The assembly isn't too bad and pretty intuitive, but the manual is difficult to interpret sometimes. (There's a case where you have to REMOVE four screws from the back of the main console and take it apart first, but the diagram makes it look like you should be screwing it together. I was like, "It already IS screwed together.") Assembly is much easier with two people, although one strong person with good skills could do it.

Still haven't seen the price match refund.
The box is insanely heavy. I tried removing what I could so that just the deck portion was left. Then I recruited my poor neighbor to help me slide it down my basement steps. I thought it would slide down steps easier than it did...the concrete just shredded the cardboard underneath. It's a miracle that nothing got scraped up on the way down. But it's finally assembled and where it needs to be in my basement! If it ever needs to move out of my basement, I'm hiring a crew.

Called customer service and got email right after to confirm 200 + tax credit. (Will be processed within 2 weeks). Only wait for about 15 min, and they got it done within a few seconds.
Anyone can confirm if the credit go back to original payment or credit for their website?

Is installation still $399? The repeated stories on how heavy this thing is and a pain to move makes me not want to attempt to do it myself.

Just had this delivered yesterday. Like many other people said, the box was extremely heavy and even after removing all the other components, just the base unit itself is super heavy and have no easy grab points to lift. That being said, the assembly wasn't that hard. As the whole base unit comes as one unit, the assembly is minimal. Works great after assembly.

I ordered last Wednesday and just delivered today by ABF. ABF called Friday to schedule delivery window and confirmed it would be delivered inside garage. Was on a pallet on the delivery truck but tipped the guy and he took it off the pallet and brought around the side of the house on a handtruck to my basement door.
I'm in Metro Nashville, TN. Seems to be coming out of Ohio. Ordered on Sunday 2/5, email said ship date was 2/19 but actually shipped out Tuesday 2/7 and delivery is to be Thursday, 2/9. That's not too shabby for freight.
