Yes Promo Code is 15OFF12 . It is truly unlimited with an unlimited Hotspot for $15 mo for 12 months then $30, but you must port in your number.
Note that hotspot is capped at 5 megabits per second and a single device only, and mobile data is capped at a percentage of what the tower near you can support, the speeds are going to be much lower than typical 5G service, and you receive lower priority than all other customers (which is normal for an MVNO). No mmwave included with the $15 plan either.

Not saying it is no good just important to know the caveats. No such thing as truly unlimited anymore. Even if you pay the extra $15 per month for their premium plan you are buying better priority (but still throttled speeds) for the first 50 gigs, after that it is cut down to low priority again. The premium plan does include mmwave without deprioritization after 50 gig but it is still throttled.

Switched to Visible from Mint and have had the opposite experience. Mint has continuously been 100-200mbps download speeds. I have yet to get more than 7mbps on Visible with their low tier $15 plan.
That's expected with Visible since they actively throttle your data rate even if there is no congestion in the area. You receive like 1% of available capacity max (I forget the exact percentage but it is low). So it isn't just lower priority, speeds are actually capped, where mint you get lower priority but no speed cap.

Depending where you are it may be better or worse but by me, mint is 150-200 megs.

I am having similar experience with Mint Mobile. My understanding is that Mint uses T-mobile's network. And when I put in my T-mobile SIM into an unlocked device I have lying around, it works great. However, when I enter the same phone's IMEI number on Mint Mobile's website to check compatibility, it recognizes the brand model number correctly but says the device is not compatible. Confused

And yes, they also offer to "upgrade" my device and show a $100 low end device for purchase.

Wondering if I should take a chance and order the SIM kit and try it anyways in my unlocked device since I know it works on T-mobile network??

Your phone may be locked to T-Mobile, even though Mint uses T-Mobile, not all T-Mobile locked phones will work. Some will, but it is hit or miss. Just get your phone unlocked and it should be good.

I just switch over to Visible ($15 unlimited locked in for 12 months) from Mint. So far the LTE is faster than Mint mobile in my area.
waiting for Mint to up their data to be more competitive with Visible.
(or lower their prices)

now even at best buy's 1/2 price sale, mints $25/month 15gig plan is not completive to visible.
no brainer to spend $2.50 more to get unlimited if you use close to the 15gig/month limit

would not recommend Mint...first day with Mint and I have to deal with multiple issues, and bad CS...sorry mint
Mint used to a good mvno a year ago, with good price and speed. Now only the price is competitive, as to its speed … let's just say it makes my Tracfone look like a champion 🤣🤣🤣

i still use it but after my 6months are up (10gig b3g3 offer), i'm probably moving to visible.
$15/month if you prepay a year, unlimited data.

i'm at the edge of mint's 10gig limit so no brainer for $5/month more to not have to worry about that.
