I just had fraud in my Subway account. Subs delivered in another state than me. I got the order confirmation and stuff too late. If you use the subway app or website, don't save credit card info! The only way you can reach support is by sending a message in their support. I called both numbers I could find, and both said they don't offer phone support anymore. I sent a message about fraud 2 days ago. I got a confirmation email that they got my inquiry and have not gotten anything else since. I've filed a chargeback. Oh, and I also called the store that fulfilled the order and they said it wasn't their problem.

My local Subway would give you a terrible attitude and reduce the meat by half, if you try to use a BOGO coupon. For that reason, I stopped buying subways for a year already.

Took them years to finally put a filter for participating restaurants. Hope all the cheapskate franchisees not participating in my area go under. Even those that honor it would skimp on the ingredients knowing the order was BOGO. Subway quality has consistently gone down while their prices continue to go up. Must be spending too much money getting athletes to hawk their garbage food.

Ample better local options for a sandwich these days. Support delis, not this crap.

Maybe subway corporate is actually doing the right thing and reimbursing the cost of the free sandwich, which they should be doing. I posted in other BOGO threads about retailers that take manufacturer coupons and return them to the manufacturer and get reimbursed. Maybe subway sees the light finally.

I came here to post this, but somebody beat me to it. This will be especially nice for everyone who's stores stopped offering the regular BOGO promos. Like 16/20 of the Subways near me stopped accepting the usual BOGO promos, but the one nearest me that normally doesn't will take this one

The local subway that's pretty good rarely accept BOGO coupons, but they accept this one. I often pay more to not have to wait 20 extra minutes at the one that normally accepts BOGO.
