You should know the production of Goretex is one reason why your rain, water, dirt, dust, air, blood, and orange juice is contaminated with PFAS. You should know about the health and environmental risks these products have caused since the 1950s.

I was going to make the same comment. People should not support companies that contaminate our environments and ourselves. Goretex and 3M mainly are slowly killing us and you shouldn't put money in their pockets.

I have too many red color jackets. Sucks other colors aren't sale as much but slick deal if you need a red one.

I did state which colors I bought at those prices.
Lots of other stuff too on their website for both men and women. It's worthwhile to peruse there right now.
Very hard to find good pricing on Gore-tex...

Mitre Peak jacket should have better breathability due to its 3 layer design. So that jacket would be better for doing strenuous activities in.
Both will be outstanding for weather resistance.

Great choice. I don't think people realize how difficult it is to find this kind of pricing. Probably won't find a name brand Goretex 3L active jacket under $300.
REI used to sell their own branded jacket like this for about $200 but they discontinued them.
Reminds of the Spyder deal from 6 years ago where lots of people scored their jackets for 75% off.

No kidding... This is like when I got the Eddie Bauer 100 Year Centennial edition 1000 fill down jackets for $119.99... They'd been $400, and apparently that was already a good deal for 1000 fill down. Was going to return the Medium, but then realized what a steal it was and decided to keep both sizes.
