Spending I think is pretty reasonable. Most higher end biz cards have around 10k spend to get the bonus. This bonus is about double most others
Go anywhere in the world in luxury, that's how I've been using my points. The presumption is of course one wants to travel in luxury.
Assuming you can comfortably do the spend, why would you not? Esp since it's a biz card and doesn't count against your 5/24 total.
