Best price in a long while for a top tier 1TB drive.
No deal for 2TB Frown
Any Gen4 SSD will work. The speed doesn't matter. That 7,000 won't load your games much faster than even an SSD with a speed of 3,200, (it might load SOME games 1 or 2 seconds faster, but that's it), because games aren't programmed to use that extra speed. This is a great deal, though.

I'm assuming this would be good for a PS5 (with a heat sink)?

Product page claims 7000Mb/s read/write

How's this compare to the CORSAIR MP600 PRO LPX PCIe Gen4 x4 NVMe 1.4 M.2 SSD for $95? For a PS5.

This review has benchmarks with both the MP600 pro lpx and kc3000. They are very similar drives. Same e18 controller and Micron flash.
The mp600 pro lpx comes with a heat sink designed for the ps5 though.

Pretty good but unfortunately 1 tb is way too small nowadays. It'll fill up quickly.
