Bought it. Got it. Not worth $10. 4 or 5 max. Returned
Based on what?
You can probably get something for $4-5 but it will not be quality. If you don't have one and need it, some piece of junk will easily cost you $20-30 at a water park.
I went ahead and ordered one. Just got it.
Haven't tested it but quality appears good.
Galaxy S22+ in the case fit in. Just barely but it did.
I could not get my phone unlocked while it was inside the pouch. The front camera got covered by the non-transparent part of the case and fingerprint didn't work through the pouch. Couldn't get to the keyboard either. But I guess if I really needed to call, I could do it from the watch while keeping the phone protected in the pouch.
Yes, I used a cheaper generic on a few snorkeling trips. It held up fine.
As someone else mentioned:
- Make sure you do the sink test first,
- It's nearly impossible to tap the screen underwater. If you are planning on using it to record video or take photos, start recording while above the surface, or use the physical button to snap photos (if your device has that),

Took advantage of this deal. Order showed up yesterday. I went with the olive drab green instead for a dollar more. The plastic that covers the screen Works. Even with thumbprint phone activation. I was able to run everything on my phone. Cases also slightly padded which is nice. Description says waterproof up to 3.3 ft/1 M but it also says you can take it underwater and Snap photos so I'm not sure I want to test out the depth claim

And....I would trust Pelican more than a no-name brand.
