Hmm found two cotopaxi fleece also 40%+ off at REI and ordered them their and also got the $20 for $100 deal. each was $10 cheaper than this sale. $64 vs $75

There's literally tons of companies like this. Tons of companies use the name "Oregon".. Oregon tools, Oregon fruit, etc.

Yes, you could. There is literally no reason you can't start Texas Boots or name your company after any other location in the world.
