For anyone turned off by the price. I will say this, I build battery packs, power banks, power generators a lot. We're talking for businesses. I've probably assembled around 10,000 in my time, been in charge of ordering parts, you name it.

It is hard enough to get something that supplies PD over 100w in such a small form. One of our packs has PD 65w (true 65 from the PD output) and the module itself is over 30 dollars. After all is said and done, with the batteries (LiFePo4) and everything else, boost/bucks, fuses, bms, it came out to 70 dollars, BEFORE selling.

Now if I wanted to do a cheap, ugly home project it would cost me around 40-50 bucks to get over 65w. I would figure if they sold these at 80 dollars they'd probably start to lose money. It really isn't cheap to make these and they are so much more superior to what I build at my job, for 70 bucks.

This was 99 not long ago and was a questionable purchase even at that price

not bad. I purchased this from AnkerDirect on Amazon on December 28th, 2022 for about $99+tax/free amazon prime shipping.

I've brought the charger to me on domestic flights in the US and can say that I've never had issues traveling with it.

The case that comes with the battery sucks.

If you're looking to buy a case, I recommend getting the Anker SoundCore Official Travel Case (SoundCore/SoundCore 2 Bluetooth Speaker ONLY) - PU Leather Premium Protection Carry Case.
The charger fits perfectly in it.

Used this on a trip to Israel and just bought an adapter for my macbook pro charger instead of trying to get adapters for various devices or charge them one at a time. The fact that this thing can recharge at 140W was awesome, it's 0-100% in just over an hour.

Bought it at 99 dollars. Never thought I would buy one that expensive. It's solid. I've traveled on airplane with it a few times with no issues. It charges super fast. I like the display that shows consumption watts for each device and also charging watts and time left. I would have felt better purchasing at a lower price though.

I dont think the macbook pro is capable of accepting 140W? 100W only right?

Even if the powerbank is capable

Its difficult to even find a standard 140w pd charger at this price, let alone a power bank

So expensive but I snagged this for $99 a while back and it's fantastic, use it all the time. Definitely pretty large and heavy but man it holds some power!
