Pretty good deal for a good racing game. One of the better iterations of the whole "cops vs racers" thing NFS has tried so hard to go for. Rivals is probably the best one but this is a close second.

IMO, NFS3 Hot Pursuit for the PS1 is the best cops vs racers experience.
