I will never understand why a 00.00 order requires a credit card or payment info from anywhere or why some retailers still do not accept PayPal as payment to this day! Thank god i have a pp visa lying around . I placed a order for this as I'm unhappy with Amazon musics new format. I had Apple Music a few years ago but not since . This deal appears to be working . I think it's still processing partially. I will update in the AM!

Free is free but there isn't anything new on Apple TV lately. They need to make a second season of severance or something. If you haven't watched the older shows then it's def worth watching

An absolute headache for me. After I finally unlocked my Apple ID and change the password because I haven't had Apple services in years.... I finally clicked on the redeem now button from Best buy.

Took me to Apple app which didn't do anything good. So then I made a point to change my default browser so it would go to the web version. Put my information in and I got stuck on the loading page into Apple music.

No problem, I figured. Probably just a fluke I'll use laptop. Login after clicking the redemption get a loading screen for 5 minutes.

It's really unbelievable, no matter where I tried to log into Apple music from, I just get a loading screen endlessly. Different devices, different operating system, different browsers. The same dirt sandwich every time.

I haven't used a Mac since like 2010 but I forgot what it was like to see that loading icon. I've probably wasted 90 minutes to 2 hours of my life to get a $50 value add and to this moment it's not working.

Apple helpline told me to talk to Best buy.

Would have been better off just going to bed and listening to YouTube music via the kiwi browser extensions.

This would have been my first push into Apple services for years, and it has been unbearable. I don't know if Apple music is down, the link isn't dead from Best buy because it takes me to a login page.

Appletv worked for me again. This is something like my 5th time doing this. Although it's been around 6 months since the last time I redeemed. I used an expired credit card and just updated the year to 2030

The reason they do that is so they can either bill you for it when the trial is over or so they have it on file so in the future if you're ever looking at something on their website, there's less friction to complete the purchase.

I've personally not bought things online because I couldn't be bothered to grab my wallet.

LOL I did the same thing. The rebate card I had with like 30 cents left on it expired last month, so I just changed the date and it worked. Never tried that before and was surprised it went through. Got all four of the freebies. Applause

Question: I finally got sick of my iphone not being able to back up because the free 5GB Apple gives you was not enough. So last month I paid the .99 cents for the 50GB icloud+. Can I still use this free icloud+ offer? Do I just cancel my sub now and try to use the code after it expires? Never had icloud+ before so not familiar with how it works...Thanks!
