Exactly. Especially on something like this. This isn't a $10 item that's been marked up 300% to start so they can afford to ship. We're talking about products that are almost already being sold at cost and if they fulfilled these orders it would mean bankruptcy. Long term do we want Amazon and Walmart to be the only game in town? Less competition typically doesn't end well for consumers.

Just checked and my orders no longer show up in my account on TD website. Not cancelled, just deleted lol. Didn't get an email either. Not that I was expecting anything to ship but hey, at least cancel them properly.

I would've accept a fake apology email saying somewhere along the line of "We're sorry but due to an inadvertent ad error bla bla"

Nope, straight up deleted and didn't even bother to send anything. Acted like it never even happened...

Nobody can be upset an obvious pricing error wasn't honored. However, TD has shown a pattern of this happening. If they are farming customer information in this manner they need to be fined by the FTC.

Agreed - No email is poor communication which creates less confidence on any Tiger Direct deal in the future. Tiger Direct = Thumbs Down... easy to remember Smilie

wow - how did you get the 256gb starlight? was it on sale at Tiger Direct too? i should have waited and researched more but was scared on loosing out of the deal on the PM so went with a purple 64gb. wish i could have gotten a 256gb in another color.
