Says "Offer not valid on third-party delivery services"
Some interesting facts.
I noticed Pizza Hut and Jet's pizza are coded as Merchant = Restaurants while Domino's is Fast Food.
In that case, if I want a pizza and the $5 rebate, I should order from Jet's or Pizza Hut but not Domino's
These are the others I have from my previous statements that are Merchant = Fast Food
Arby's
Chipotle
McDonald's
Wendy's
Firehouse Subs
Subway
Jimmy John's
Panda Express
Jersey Mike's
Shake Shack
McAlister Deli
Boston Market
Burger King
Panera Bread
Krispy Kreme
Popeyes

Can someone confirm that the $10 is the total payment not before-tax amount? My local Panda Express has the plate priced at $9.40 before tax and $10.18 after tax. Thanks!
Got it on my Amazon Prime through Chase, already was going to my favorite local Chinese restaurant this weekend and now ill get to support Local and get $5 back.

Seems to have worked at Ono's Hawaiian BBQ (Category: Food & Drink, Merchant type: Fast food). Ordered on Feb 9th, offer moved to "Redeemed" on Feb 14th. Waiting for the actual credit now.
Anyone knows for sure the credit triggers after a say, McDonald's or Subway purchase? I understand the whole restaurant vs fast food debacle. Are we all waiting for the 2 week wait period stated in the terms to know for sure?
Went to Panchero's today (similar to chipotle or Moe's) I ordered in person and got a double steak burrito, chips and 2 cups of queso for $12.71. I will update as soon as I know something.
Chase online shows transaction as "merchant type: fast food" and method "in person".
Fingers crossed
7 days after purchase, the offer shows as "redeemed" but no credit has been applied. Pretty confident now that "fast food" is a go.
