I have a version similar to this for my headaches. Works well via compression and cold therapy however it does not stay cold for very long, maybe 15-20 minutes. this is also pretty much the normal pricing. they all do the same thing, just go for the cheapest

I got it last time it was on sale. It works for my migraines, but as others have said, it doesn't last very long. I like the compression part more than the cold part, actually. Good price, buy 2 so that you can alternate. Also, keep it in a ziplock bag (or the bag it comes in), so that it doesn't absorb all the smells from your food in the freezer. You don't want to smell that lasagna from last week, when you have a migraine

I have this. It's quite nice for temporary relief. Can just go around your forehead area if the pressure on your eyes is uncomfortable during certain migraines.

Works great for headaches or sinus pressure, does not stay cold long but good enough. Great if you get a sunburn also.

This worked great for my son after he got sunburnt! I had one lying around I got from TJ Maxx and it helped him fall asleep

As others have said it's good for shirt term congestion relief. It gets really cold. I prefer the mask style as they stay on my sinus pressure points better

I was going to say this. I really like mine and sometimes fall asleep wearing it. I wake up feeling like my eyes are pushed into my head
