I always add Ferraro Rocher box that's $10. Have two browsers open and logged in showing your cart. Have one browser go all the way to last review step before purchasing. In other browser delete Ferraro. Go to other browser and just hit refresh, it should show cart without Ferraro and updated lower price. Then complete purchase.

But the coupon description says:
"on Any ONE (1) Lysol® Disinfectant Spray or Lysol® Disinfecting Wipes (30 ct. or Higher)"

But this has only 15 counts….

So has anyone used this deal on this travel size packet and been successful?

Makes more sense to get a 35 count or even an 80 count packet. 35 count will run you $1.29 after the coupon and an 80 count $2.99.

If you're looking for a larger count, maybe, but if you're looking for something free, I don't think it really applies here.
