are kohl's card coupons now tied to the specific card or the email? My husband has the card and he gets the statements to his email. I use my kohl's account/email to make the purchases with his card. Sometimes his gets the coupons to his email and I just add them to my account without an issue. When I tried to make a purchase in the store with my rewards account loaded with his 30% off coupon and paying with his card, it gave errors. The cashier had to override it. In the past, I've shared my 30% off coupons with my mom (who has her own card). Has something changed to prevent coupon sharing?

How are the 40% deducting on purchases in store? Mine rang as 35% and 5% which is a lower value than 40%. Just realized it now going over the receipt. My coupon was scanned and I don't think the cashier entered it that way. I will go back to the store.

Unless they're trying something new, I haven't had this issue crop up. Are you using Kohl's Pay? The rewards account won't bring up your 30%; it'll only show us your available Kohl's Cash/Rewards to redeem if any.
