I actually did get a follow up email, which I wasn't sure I would since they didn't ask for my email in the survey. But they must have tied it back to me through my kohls rewards number used on the receipt that I entered in the survey? Not sure.
Either way, this was from a different person than I spoke to in the store and she said:
"I apologize profusely for your interaction with our associate. This is extremely uncommon and out of the normal and I want you to know that we had a very long conversation with her about it. I hope you give us another chance because this will never happen again."
Who knows if any of that is true but it made me feel slightly better. Nice to know someone is reading the responses. I've always had really great service at my local store so this was a new one for me.
