You could always buy something for pickup and let it expire and they'll reissue the kohls cash via email for 14 days.

Is this NEW that Kohls is LIMITING what you can earn kohls cash on?? I've never seen this before. the current kohls cash promotion is ONLY good to earn on certain products ...right now its for a page of "summer essentials" i wanted to buy some nike shoes and it doesnt show i would earn kohls cash.

I hope this isnt the trend!!

This is something new to drive sales in specific categories. They've already done it a couple times in the last couple months on home only, women's clothing only. All these department/item specific KC earning events have been only 1-3 days max.

It's something they do in between sales events. The last normal earning period ended Sunday and then we would have gone three days without anything until the next earning period started on Thursday for the MDW sale. Which by the way is $5 for every $25.

I never use my Kohls cash, so this doesn't affect me. I buy a lot but don't keep it all. I only use the no strings attached Kohls cash (what I earn for picking up). I don't use my rewards either after I found out that it affected my return. Unless they've changed it, they took out the rewards from my refund rather than taking it out of the reward balance.

It's been a bit since I've shopped there, and remembered they usually did $10 off $25 for memorial day, so simply was trying to look up some information on that.

I'm not sure deals have been rocking enough for anyone to take the time to update the wiki. I am quoting a post that was just a couple above your first question. At this point, it is best to read the last page or so of the thread to secure info you need.

I appreciate anyone posting anything that's a heads up. However, Kohl's isn't what it used to be. I remember getting a great deal on a ring about a year ago with rewards cash, coupons, etc. Then a stone fell out and I had to take it back. They wouldn't just exchange the ring. They deducted all the rewards and I wound up with about a $10 credit. It wasn't even worth returning after that and I learned NEVER to use rewards on anything that I may have to return in the future for any reason.
