Well, I guess the part I find impossible to calculate is how the system allocates the returned rewards between the $25 issued on May 1 and the $2.50 balance still in my account. I wish Kohl's gave you the option to decline the monthly reward and just leave it in the balance.

So it means any kohls cash after may 26 will not be used in store? I have a kohls cash that expired may 24 can I still redeem it in store? Thanks for the heads up.

Was that return kohls cash? The current redemption window is through 5/26 for kohls cash earned between 5/12-5/18

return kohls cash did have a ten day grace period. I haven't had the opportunity to check if that's been removed too, but then there was already 30 days to redeem it anyway (unless it's from a cancelled .com order which then the window is only 14 days)

Thanks yeah it was the kohls cash from the order that kohls cancelled. I am hoping it is still have a grace period, i will check out tomorrow in store and report back.

Reporting back, it didn't worked. The cashier said the balance showed $0 for the expired kohls cash.

Confirmed this yesterday when I checked a return KC someone used after getting it.

Clearance is 50% off now through Sunday. Prices online reflect discount. In-store reduction will occur at register.

Just wanted to close the loop on this. I managed to get to Kohl's and do my returns before the month ended. The purchase price of the items I kept was $54.78 so I thought I would only have $2.74 remaining out of my $25 May reward. Instead, I had $6.23 to spend. And some, but not all, of my rewards balance was reduced.

I got a few things from the 50% off clearance, but was not able to apply another coupon because the text message 15% was for online only.
