Excellent inflator. I use it way more than I expected (pumping things like raft, paddle board, car tires, bike tires).

I like how you can set a PSI for tires and it'll just run til it hits the target PSI so you don't have to monitor it.
Everyone should own an inflator like this.
I personally run the DeWalt version in my car, works a tad faster, but its far more expensive these days.
The GF has the ryobi one in her car.
Grr, I want that M12 one so much but it's SO overpriced even on sale.

For the car/bike Ryobi inflator at $25 is more than enough

Won't the battery overheat in the hot summer time if you leave it in the trunk?

How long would you say it takes to inflate a paddle board? I assume you are using the high-volume side to get it most of the way there and then switching to high-pressure and an adapter (or just using a hand pump for pressure)?

I currently fill mine with an air mattress pump plugged into my car and then finish off to 15psi with the dual-action hand pump. It'd be nice to do it away from the car, but I've heard that a lot of battery pumps are slower than just pumping it up by hand.

You need to get it when it's hackable. I think I picked mine up last year for like $69.

Yes that's what hackable means. You return the stuff you don't need.

This deal is ok, by historical pricing. The inflator use to be $35 to $50. The light use to be $20. If this deal was $45 or $50, then I'd say it's a great deal.

Yup. I got the inflator for $35 from a previous SD back in 2021. But those prices seem to be gone for good. I love the inflator, it's so convenient to fill bikes, cars, basketballs etc.

2 weeks ago it was $40 for inflator and $15 for the light, with free shipping from DTO. That's $14 less, and no tax if you don't have a DTO in your state.

I had the same thing happen on my handheld inflator. I assume a piston (or internal scroll 'compressor') was coming loose. Still works but also heats up...alarmingly after 5-10 minutes straight of use. Can't complain though, I've gotten 5+ years out of it and probably used harder than it was designed for. Just bought this model as a replacement.
