Both 160w
Both ~12 hour battery life
Both Bluetooth and have 3.5mm Jack
Samsung is IPX5 rated. JBL has no rating.
The JBL has guitar and mic inputs. Samsung does not.
Samsung has remote. JBL does not.
JBL can take a speaker stand. Can't find anything about the Samsung having that ability.
I haven't heard either one in person, but based on reviews the sound from both should be about the same. One isn't going to sound phenomenally better than the other.
Anyway. With that being said I was actually going to buy the JBL today until I saw this. I like the IPX5 rating, and I don't think the JBL has anything that would justify spending twice as much on it.
