As others have already reported the only way to get the free pizza discount in the 7NOW app is to place an order for delivery and pay approximately $6 in fees.
I reached out to 7-Eleven customer service for assistance and here is their response:
Not me their employer! It's not up to me but their employer to pay them a fair wage.you are blaming the wrong person, do you tip retail workers? Do you tip 7/11 cashiers?
Even at $4.50 with fees/tip, a horrible deal.
