    This is the dumbest product I have ever seen. Vinegar is acetic acid. Acid decomposes proteins. Hair is all proteins. Buy this only if you want to destroy your hair.

    I do an ACV diluted rinse once a week to balance the PH of my hair and it has done well. But yes, maybe a daily ACV is no good but there are over 70k reviews and 4 stars so can't be that bad (for the shampoo + conditioner combo).
