*for use with hammer drills, not regular drills or SDS/rotary hammer drills…

I own this set, works well for small stuff when paired with a hammer drill. Hanging boxes, pvc, etc.
Hammer drill is gonna work worlds better on concrete than impact, fyi.

It has been this price forever! So I think this is more like normal price so just buy it when you actually need it.

You need diamond bits for ceramic.

A hammer drill uses a forward and backward motion on the drill bit that allows for faster and more efficient penetration into masonry like cement, rocks, bricks, etc.

If you ever need to drill into masonry you will realize how much easier it is to use a hammer drill compare to a regular power drill.

These are hex shank which is best suited for cordless hammer drills or even just impact drivers if it's softer material like cinder block or clay bricks. It will do ok in concrete but if it's high strength one the SDS Plus or SDS Max system is much better and easier/faster especially for deeper holes.
These can handle also softer clay tiles like Subway or red clay ones but they're not designed to handle hard porcelain or glass and will either shutter stuff in hammer drill mode or not make much progress in those materials.
I got these for occasional electrical conduit runs in brick/cinder block walls and they're perfect for that. I also most of the times use my M18 surge impact with them since it handles them well and occasionally switch to fuel hammer drill if it's solid concrete anchors or holes.
