Just remember if you don't want to redeem (or just bank it), buy an item and then cancel it. They'll refund the points without an expiration date.

No love here. [old man rant mode on] Haven't gotten one of these in quite a while. I used to get them every time and I spent enough with them to keep elite status in reward zone, but first they gutted the program when they introduced totaltech, and now forcing you to get their credit card in order to earn rewards at all. They're sending a pretty clear message they don't want my business and I intend to listen. [rant off]

And they just now forced a reset of my password and deleted all of my payment methods. I guess they really don't want my business lol

I've never gotten one of these emails. Nothing titled anything that matches with others in this thread. Not a lack of certificate, a lack of email in general. I did get an email trying to get me to sign up for a Best Buy credit card though. Thanks BB, just what I wanted.

I don't think you need to check your email. I didn't receive an email but I got the reward.

You just need to log into Best Buy, click on your name near top right then click on Manage Reward under it. It should appear in that page.

Thanks for the heads up, got my $5. I usually use these for movies. Seeing as Best Buy has also recently increased their prices exponentially on things like 4k blu rays...get a price match and save more!
