I was able to get a 55" frame TV, 2 years Samsung Care and a bezel for $840+ tax through my EPP login and chat help.
EPP product page originally showed $959 for the TV only. Once I added and went to cart/checkout, the price dropped to $839. I then chatted with Samsung to get the 2 year care and free bezel added at no additional charge.
Not sure if this applies to other sizes. Good luck!

Our Frame TV replaced a 2016 LG 60" plasma. We have not watched a significantly different amount of daily hours on the television on the new TV compared to the old one. In 2022 we have added outdoor lights on a daily timer, somewhere in the neighborhood of a dozen smart bulbs throughout the home, a mini fridge, some Twinkly squares, and an additional game console as additional components that consume electricity. I may have missed a few others. (This is the difference year over year, 2022 vs 2021)
I pulled up all my electricity bills for all the same months overlapping since we got the TV, which is Oct/Nov/Dec 21, and Oct/Nov/Dec 22 and created a spreadsheet with the avg daily kwh, the avg daily temperature, days billed, and total bill price. (Sorry for the crap formatting, I tried to space it out on here and it just looks smashed together)
WITH 60" LG PLASMA
kwh/day avg temp days billed bill $
Oct21 36.1 61 29 171.37
Nov21 52.18 43 33 198.64
Dec21 97.45 47 33 360.8
WITH 65" SAMSUNG FRAME electricity bill diff year over year
Oct22 26.06 57 31 111.24 -60.13
Nov22 48.81 48 31 192.85 -5.79
Dec22 75.61 40 33 303.48 -57.32
TL;DR - For the three months data I have, our bill has gone down since replacing a 60" Plasma with the 65" Frame. I don't think I can definitively say that "Buy Frame, get lower electricity bill" for every single person out there, but I think I can comfortably say you aren't spending "hundreds a year" in electricity costs just to use it as a display piece.
Hopefully somebody finds this useful, I always appreciate the people that do a bit deeper dive on potential savings on SD.

I have this question also
EDIT: I also tried chat that they confirmed $1079 is the best they can do. They did offer 2 year warranty and bezel but I passed. I'd rather go through Costco at that price.
UPDATE: I can confirm the $839 price does work with first responder accounts through ID.me. $906 out the door with 2 year warranty and bezel.
Great deal, too bad not in time for super bowl.
AAA works as well if you have that, or know someone that would lend you their login

You're a teacher and a first responder?!
Maybe the teacher is a volunteer firefighter?
