I've been doing this deal for about a decade, since they do it during most holidays. So here's a tip: remove a soda from a box and the cost gets removed. Yet you get to keep the 2nd soda.

Having to get the card first is really a bit of an annoyance - I haven't seen another retailer that has that requirement.

If you don't already have a Caniac account, you get a FREE Box Combo just for signing up! Go visit a location, pick up a Caniac card, then register online for free [raisingcanes.com]. Once your email is verified, a FREE Box Combo is loaded to your account within 48 hours (participating restaurants only). Membership is free.

I agree, but I think it's worth it. I take advantage of the B1G1FREE deals multiple times a year. I have no problem with going to Cane's for Valentine's Day. laugh out loud

That's very smart. Thanks for the tip but I never actually get this deal becuase 2 boxes is too much for me and left over canes does not taste good for some reason, even air fried.

Kind of ridiculous that you have to physically visit a store to sign up. This place is so expensive that I'd probably only go when they had a deal like this.

You must be doing it wrong then. Air fried leftover Cane's is the ONLY way to eat it. The chicken and especially the fries aren't soggy like they are in-restaurant or after a car ride home (the steam inside the box is consistently excessive if the box is not opened up to vent immediately when you receive it, causing even more soggy issues).
