It's a regular Instinct (1, not 2) - it just has some extra something or other to do with esports. I deleted that stuff since I don't do anything like that competitively. If you aren't interested in the eSports stuff then there are a ton of reviews for the Instinct that you can look at.

I was most interested in using it for running, sending my HR to my bike computer and tracking my progress on a hike without me having to pull out my phone.

It works well for that, and plus the usual notifications like texts etc sent over from my phone.
Good deal IMHO for $80.

I have this watch. I like it because I'm already pretty deep into the Garmin ecosystem (mostly on my bike).

I don't have thar garmin watch, bit my Vivoactive 4 is actually freaking out and warning me about my stress levels reading above normal when gaming 😅

Didn't know same thing is a feature to brag about when streaming!

This is why most watches are extremely annoying, aside from the apple watch ultra or the samsung watch pro. The Samsung Pro specificially lasts for like a week under light use. The Apple Watch Ultra requires you to take out a loan. The pricing is insane...
