In what was probably the weirdest cs experience I have had, when I asked BuyDig to initiate a return, they said it was outside their policy but that they would refund me $25 to not return the product? Sat on it for a day or two then said yes, so I have this for effectively $155 but the Q910B is on the way so have not opened it yet. So weird.
