Great price but I'd pass. It'll tear your arm up. Sold mine after one use.
Yeah, this thing vibrates the arm right out of the socket. Although it's smaller and can fit into places better, you're probably wiser to just buy one of the one handed recip saws for the size convenience. And then augment that will a full size heavier one. Having weight in I guess trunk area for lack of a better term is good because you can let gravity determine pressure while the blade does what blades do. No sense is trying to brute force everything.
I have this one and don't think it vibrates bad at all. It RIPS, I love it. Cut numerous 4x4, tree roots, limbs, demoed a deck… it's great. Someone must have tiny arms if they think it'll rip it off lol

Yes, you can sometimes get it with a bundle and return the items you don't want (home depot only) but i haven't seen this saw in a little while. or you buy it in a bundle and sell what you dont want. It would come out to maybe $100 for the saw but with some hassle.

This saw looks cool, designed to fit within 14.5" between studs, but I've heard the vibrations are pretty bad.

Dunno why you're getting down-voted when it's well known that one of the several sawzall models that Dewalt makes vibrates like hell and it's nice to quickly know which one it is when these deals pop up, so thanks for the easy call out. Seems like it's also the one that has been on sale most often, no surprise there I guess.

Is it as bad as DCS367B? That one vibrates a lot. That's how all of these compact 18v or 20v saws seem to be. They usually have a shorter stroke and vibrate like crazy. I keep mine around because it does some cuts that other longer saws won't fit for, and that need more power than a 12v, but I wouldn't want to use it every day.

This looks slightly redesigned from the small compact XR version I have, which I absolutely love, it blows every other reciprocating saw I've owned out of the water, makes my ryobis feel like a toy

All sawsalls vibrate. if you complain about the vibration you are probably a diyer that hardly ever uses any power tools. i personally love dewalts and Milwaukees sawsalls.

The compact ones tend to vibrate more than the full length ones.
