Spice Lab Tellicherry tastes better and costs more. You get what you pay for.

To me, this pepper is just as good as the Kirkland brand. I'm sure it all comes from the same place and freshness is probably the biggest consideration. Definite buy at this price.

I believe the Kirkland bottle I saw at COSTCO said Vietnam. That's not Tellicherry peppers.

Kinda weird this came up on my front page, its such a niche item ive bought like 3 times and now its on my front page. Anyway, yes they are peppercorns, I use them daily in my pepper grinder, they are great, you get lots of them, and they're good toasted if youre making something that requires is. Very good for making braising sauces/liquids with some red wine and herbs. I mean what else do you need to know? its under $10 and they're peppercorns.

This pepper is from India and don't trust food items from there, just yesterday saw a video of mixing papaya seeds with pepper seeds. The video even shows they making fake sesame and mustard seeds with chemicals.
Fyi…I am Indian too
