I bought in 2020 ideapad Pentium gold 6405U for $150 at walmart ,and this laptop is my daily "workstation" that connected to 4K 40" "TV" monitor. the upgrade was hynix 512 nvme and 16G RAM (total 20G RAM)
performance wise is good enough for daily use. but not for code compiling.

With 8GB RAM and the 128GB SSD, the hardware spec is very competitive in the Chromebook arena. Not saying it is a great deal, but it is a decent daily 'media-consuming' and office machine.

Didn"t Have High Expectations...
at first, given the price and the fact it was an entry level machine. But boy was I wrong!!! It's speedy...and has windows 11 installed.It replaces another very old ThinkPad that is stuck on Windows 10. Are there laptops with more/better features? Sure there are, but you'll also pay a lot more. For handling emails, streaming and doing on-line purchases this machine is perfect. The small form factor makes it great for traveling too. Very happy...so happy I purchased another for my wife.
