Turn off adblock and similar plugins as it will cause an error so it wont load the scratch off.
The coupon only works on regular plates, ie buy one regular plate, get a regular plate free. Both 1 side and 2 entrees.

FYI, when I went to use my scannable code in restaurant today, here is what happened. I tried ordering a bigger plate and a regular plate, figuring that should work as I was paying full price on the bigger plate, so the bogo plate being a regular (the free one) would be the same thing regardless. It wouldn't work until the cashier rang it as Both regular plates then she just charged me an extra $1.50 for the third entree that would have been on the bigger plate. This allowed the code to work and for me to get the bigger plate I wanted for my part of the order. Total was like $11.30ish. Really good deal and a I'm embarrassed we ate it all lol. Ty again op! ������

Panda Express is in the same parking lot as Target for whatever that's worth.
My point with the price is that Panda is already discounted food. I would expect to pay $25 to $40 a plate for what Panda serves. I too am a slickdealer, but I won't eat something that makes me sick just because it's priced under MSRP.

"Free plate must be of equal or less value"
It appears that they limit the bogo offers by size but they don't communicate so that you know what the offer is. Apparently at the beginning you can get a bogo three entree until those run out and then it applies to two entree and then just one entree. I wish they would communicate this and also tell you what you coupon is good for when ordering. You are kind of ordering blindly since you don't know what the coupon applies to.
