At this price this offers way better value than the 3070. It matches or beats the 3070 in almost everything you throw at. It also is able to use the latest AMD upscaling tech which made huge improvements from v1 to v2. In other words you shouldn't miss Nvidia s DLSS either. Of course Ray tracing is still the one glaring weakness compared to Nvidia. But that imho should never be the deciding factor in this case. The additional VRAM s value is debated by some but there are examples out there that show its a good benefit for future proofing. Had the 3070 been at similar pricing levels the choice would have been more compelling.
Does anyone have this card and let us know the negatives?
I bought this the last time it was on sale at this price. It runs really well, handles 1440p gaming very well. I get about 130fps at Battlefield 5 ultra settings.
I did have an issue where Windows automatically installed drivers to override the AMD drivers. I followed the fix on AMDs website so hopefully it won't happen again
I'm in the exact same scenario. I want to game at 2k. In my area I can get used evga 3070 for $300. 6750xt 12 gb ram helps with certain games not all. Nvidia drivers is better for most games. I think it comes down to preference at this point. Decisions....
Bought a used 6800 off Ebay last year for $225. Worked out well in my case. Runs everything I throw at it above 60fps in 4k. The reward outweighed the risk.

I want to say show us proof because that's a real slickdeal but enjoy the card!
Own this very card when it was this price on newegg a month ago. When compared to XFX 6700xt CORE that i gifted a friend after purchasing this, it's smaller in dimensions, runs as quiet and cool, but at around +250mhz faster out of the box. I mainly use it as a 4k/VR gaming card for the living room (yes it will work with reasonable high/ultra settings with FSR if avail).
I also don't get all the driver issues my 6700xt had such as black screens when booting up until it gets into desktop, or adrenaline resetting to default settings when the only thing I changed is the fan curve.
The only other thing I would mention is the RGB software is a pile of crap. Card won't detect in the software, or when it does, it is very unresponsive. When I finally got the setting I wanted, uninstalled it and never have to worry about changing the setting again. I'm on Asus board that has Aura going as well if that matters to anyone.

This guy keeps peacocking his purchase on every video card thread

Because it was an awesome deal and I felt it was the right price for the card. It was shipped from Asia. Yes there was a possibility that the card was faulty, but I had a plan for that and that was the American Express dispute department.
