In iOS and Google play app store search " touch portal "

Download it to any old ipad or android tablet. Works even better

Even runs in my old ipad gen 3.(old phone works too )
Which I use same as stream deck for
photo/video editing
daily general PC macro shortcuts
Shopping ( one button press for Slickdeals webpage open and various sites )
Business stuff
Instant Open various softwares and games.

They also have active discord server with many templates as well.

So far, I mostly only use mine for recording gameplay (one button to start/stop)... but the reason I'm making a comment is that one time I updated OBS Studio (the software I use to record gameplay), and so in updating OBS, the button shortcut broke. I had to uninstall OBS, and revert to an old version for it to work again. Just know that updating software can ruin shortcuts and stuff with this

Does anybody use this for their video, photo editing, or drawing workflow? If so do you like it more than just using keyboard shortcuts?

I also recommend "tough portal." It's only 8 buttons for free, but I actually use it with the Stream Deck and use the 8 buttons to control tablet volume and switch between 6 different Elgato profiles (one for playing sound effects, one for music, one for web shortcuts, etc.)

I got a cheap holder for an old Kindle HD and use it beside this. Works awesome and if you only needed 8 buttons (or are willing to pay a small fee) then you can use it for more.

Yeah this happens. I know OBS made an update to how plugins work and all previous plugins had to be updated. It's best to not update anything involving third party integrations until you know it won't break anything. OBS did communicate this before hand in the release notes of the major update.

Sorry, I don't understand why you use touch postal when you already have Elgato Streamdeck... What does it do for you that streamdeck doesn't?

The streamdeck has 15 buttons. Pressing one of the 6 Touch Portal buttons (with a bit of programming in AHK) will swap the set of 15 stream deck buttons. So when I hit "FX" it shows 15 sound effects on the Stream Deck and when I hit "Dice" it swaps to 15 Stream Deck dice rolling buttons.

You can change modes with the stream deck, but if I have 6 modes, I need 5 "change" buttons on each page, which reduces the number of available sound effects to 10 with the other 5 buttons used for "go to dice" and such.

Is this what makes it easy the battle royale man-babies use to timely blast their 'funny' audio splices through their speakers for everyone to endure?

That is correct. Either this, a Loupedeck, or a tablet using Touch Portal.

Hehehe

Just a heads up. I had a mk1. version which worked great. I was having Wi-Fi issues and started diagnosing by removing devices and random things from my desk. While this wasn't the culprit, this device was resulting in a signal loss of 20-30%

It was significant enough that I sold it since I hardly used it
