Timing: The Promotion begins on February 13, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. Central Time ("CT") and ends on April 30, 2023 at 11:59 a.m. CT (the "Promotion Period"). The Promotion consists of an instant win game ("Instant Win Game") and a sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes")
ELIGIBILITY: This Promotion is offered only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia (excluding New Jersey) who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry.

Instant Win Prizes:
FIFTY (50) VIRTUAL MEET-AND-GREET PRIZES: Each winner to virtually meet with a retired pro football Hall of Famer. All details, including date, to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. ARV: $150.00.
FIFTY (50) T-SHIRT PRIZES: Each winner will receive one (1) t-shirt. ARV: $25.00.
Sweepstakes Prize:
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for two (2) to Canton, Ohio to attend Enshrinement week from August 3 – 6, 2023 ("Event"). Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); three (3) nights' accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); two (2) tickets to the Event. TAX GROSS UP PAYMENT: Sponsor will also provide winner a single cash payment in the form of a corporate check, which is intended to assist the winner with any federal, state, or other tax obligations related to the Grand Prize (the "Tax Gross-Up Payment"). The Tax Gross-Up Payment will be $3,500.00. The total ARV of all available prizes in the Promotion is $20,420.00.
