Great mouse. The "for Business" version uses the new Logi Bolt receiver instead of the Unifying receiver. The two aren't compatible as far as I know.

You mean $60 for a well-made, rechargeable, wireless tool offering precise control and customization, which many people use for many hours every single day? Sounds like a bargain to me!

What's the point of having a different receiver for "business" class devices? Just a money grab by Logitech?
if they find out you're using it for non-business applications, they will remotely brick the mouse.

I have two of these that I use daily (work and personal) and I really like them. The battery lasts for 3-4 weeks even after 8-12 hours a day usage. I've had them for at least two years and have had no problems.

Using this for almost 3 years, has been rock solid. Great battery life, buttons have been holding up well, no connection issues. Highly recommend at this price.

You have to submit a photo of yourself in a suit and tie just to buy this model, and I refuse to even put on a shirt with buttons.

I can't get over how much this entire conversation whooshed over this dude's head LMAO I'm dying, someone help plz

There's a "for bobsledding" version of this mouse that you have to take a picture of yourself bobsledding in the olympics, and it has to be a selfie that you take mid-run. So hard.

That's nothing compared to the astronaut version though EEK! Logitech runs a tight ship! And you're lucky if the mouse only bricks, a friend of mine tried to buy the "for soldiers in active combat scenarios" mouse and they only found a few fingers after the resulting explosion.

Really don't like how manufacturers try to be too cute with their button placement. My Master MS 2S forward and back buttons are stacked up and down instead of the intuitive front-back layout that works best for mice.

Tempted to buy this one just to replace the 2S if only because of the button placement.

Stop trying to change layouts that make sense!!!

I recently bought a consumer version and it came with the Logi Bolt. I also got the MX Keys Advanced which came with the Unifying. To agree with the above.. this is a fantastic mouse. Battery life has been impressive.
Will both devices work on either receiver?

No. Bolt devices works only on bolt receiver. Unifying devices work only on unifying receiver. Of course, if they have Bluetooth support, both can work over regular bluetooth.
