This is both meh and an awesome deal at the same time. Meh in the sense that the $370-410 MSRP is IMO overpriced for what you get, but awesome in that the going price of these bikes at around $290+ are for reals about 3x what Menards is selling them for.
These are decent "street BMX" style starter bikes. They are "last year's models" that are on clearance. Here are the manufacturer links:

Basic specs are:
One size fits most BMX street style with 20" wheels and 20" top tube (the frame size).
Hi-ten steel frame, forks, bars (the best normal steel, but not as good as chromoly)
Chromoly 3 piece tubular cranks
Unsealed bearings all around
The Launch is the better bike with these additional features that matter:
Chromoly forks
Sealed bearing headset and bottom bracket
DIfferent (better or not???) frame, stem, front hub and tires
13oz lighter in weight
