Just as FYI, they offered this sometime last year when the rewards program was still active and the $5 Barcode Bucks voucher was a nightmare to use. Store cashiers had a difficult time processing the Barcode Bucks at the register with odd validation instructions and it wasn't worth the hassle at all (at least for me). Kellogg's used to have the same promo whether they would mail you a coupon for up to $5 off a product, but got too cheap with printing and mailing costs.
My grocery store (King Soopers/Kroger) usually cycles between the brands running pretty good deals on cereal. This week it's the small boxes of Post cereal for $1.27. Last week it was General Mills. I'll make a reminder for myself on this deal and will buy a box when Kellogg's cereal goes on sale. It's a little bit of a hassle, but the donation side makes it feel like a pretty good deal.

I did the mistake of my first redemption of Barcode bucks and live in South Florida, the BARCODE bucks are not available at any of the local grocery stores, No publix, No winn-dixie, No walmart i am left with only CVS going for the mailed option going forward
CVS has PopTarts for $1.99 this week. I bought a box of S'mores flavor, paid with ECB, and got approved the next day for the Kellogg's offer. In a separate transaction, I bought Cookies & Cream flavor, submitted after I got the first approval, and got approved the next day. The eligible products PDF has the S'mores 8 count listed, while the Cookies & Cream is not.
Also, I'm still waiting for my mailed coupon from February 26th.

$3.78 for eligible boxes of cereal at Walmart [walmart.com] in my area.
$2.82 for an eligible box of Eggo waffles [walmart.com] at Walmart.
Likely there are better deals out there. I know Kroger in my area has cereal deals every once in awhile.

Haven't seen a cereal box for under $5 since like, pre-pandemic. And the last time they were $2-3 was 2010. I'm not exaggerating.
