Wish they would put the r4580 back on sale. The rack and pinion fence is a huge improvement

Isn't the R4580 made by a different company so it doesn't come with an LSA? I own the R4514 and love it. the fence is good enough for everything I do.

Anyone get Home Depot to match off a Harbor freight coupon, I am debating on trying my luck in store (I'm guessing the best they would do -if they do anything- is $50 off)

I bought this saw a few years back. Enjoy it but can never get the fence square to the miter slot. Anyone have advice on how to do that? Not bad for this price I paid $250 it's a good saw for the features.

the fence is the worst thing about these ridgid table saws.

i had one 4-5 years ago and it always slightly moved while ripping things because of its poor locking design.

idk why they never switched to the locking style that dewault/milwaukee/sawstop has.
