Pretty good deal from a reputable seller. Used items on Amazon are around $800 and pretty close to the best all-time 3rd party used price if you believe the Camel.

9 out of 10 for gaming on rtings: https://www.rtings.com/monitor/reviews/lg/48gq900-b [rtings.com]

Insane price! My biggest concern would be dead pixels as the reason for why they were returned but for a clean panel, this is a crazy deal.

No mention of warranty - would LG cover Open Box for warranty?

Also apparently can't turn off automatic brightness control which would be huge no go for work use:

I would do additional research on this as sometimes you can enter the service menu and disabled it on there

I honestly couldn't picture myself with that monstrosity as a work monitor - not unless I had a super deep desk or a lifetime supply of Excedrin. That said, in my days of using a single 27-inch screen, I never thought I'd have two 32-inch curved screens side by side, either. But I did see the iffy office use case reviews, so that's stopping me pulling the trigger.

As far as the warranty goes, the FAQ says the following: " Items in Used or Open-box condition sold at closeout prices are sold as-is and do not always include a warranty."

Maybe worth checking with BuyDig or looking into buying a third-party warranty. Squaretrade's 2-year protection plan for TVs (which this essentially is) is $90, but I'm sure discounts could be found.

I switched to 55, you get used to it so quickly. I remember the days I had a 12 inch monitor with my 286 machine thinking that 15 inch flatscreeb momitors were too big. Anyways deep desk works, but mine is nit too deep, but i got a keyboard drawer that comes out another foot. At about 4 feet distance its fine. The best thing baout oled screens imho its how much you can dim them down, for some reason i find my eyes lasting way longer than LCDs. Especially more so working at night sometimes. This price is a steal

Same here, I thought 32 was too much when I got one, but quickly got used to it. Turned the brightness down, warm color suitable for reading and black background. Recently got 48" A2, which I first thought too much, now using it daily and love the space.

If I could put it on a sliding mount on the wall so that it could go up and down, depending on the position of my standing desk, I'd probably bite. Would just have to move the desk back some. I'll still probably buy one someday.

I wall mounted mine and moved my desk back to compensate. I love it, although I rarely use it for productivity, but no issues gaming for hours. Incredible deal if you're in the market.

That's a insane price but I feel 48 inch is too big . Probably better to just go with a C2 42 inch.
