I used the lowes utilitec desk fan and mounted it upside down on the ceiling. Unfortunately it doesn't have enough air flow. Hopefully these will be better suited for wall mounting applications.

They might as well not have a CS department. I've used them a few times and it's never been a positive experience. It motivated me to either return the product within the return period or seek alternatives.

A box fan is 20"+ and this is 16". This is a smaller fan and will move less air.

Just a recommendation. I have three of the Comfort Zone fans. I love the remote and timer function. I've been using them for about 4 years now.

Same price on Amazon for this model, but lots of recent negative reviews. Stopped working/oscillating, became loud etc.
